Rivinnov is responsible for the data submitted through the Rivi3D website. This page explains how it is used for quote requests, orders and contact enquiries.
Rivi3D is Rivinnov’s 3D printing workshop and industrial design studio.
Data we receive
Depending on the form used, we may receive your name, your business e-mail address, your company, information about your project, any technical files you choose to attach, and details of your order request.
Why we use it
This information is used only to review your request, respond to you, prepare a quote, follow up on correspondence or process your order request. No price is calculated automatically from your files.
Who has access
This information is accessible to Rivinnov and, where the service requires it, to its technical service providers acting on its behalf. It is never sold or rented out.
Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and any resulting business relationship. Rivinnov implements suitable measures to limit loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing. Write to contact@rivinnov.com. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL if you believe your rights are not being respected.
